The purpose of the Milestone Knowledge Program is to ensure a high and uniform standard of technical and commercial knowledge about XProtect VMS products, enabling Milestone’s partners to provide the best service and product to their customers.
The Milestone Knowledge Program has two different certification levels for the core XProtect VMS products: Milestone Professional Certification gives you a basic understanding and BISCI®-accredited Milestone Advanced Certification gives you more in-depth knowledge. We offer Milestone Integration Platform Software Development Kit (MIP SDK) Training to learn how to create integrations and Milestone Value Selling Certification, a sales training focused on giving you a competitive edge.
Certifications are personal and valid for two years. As long as your company maintains at least one certified person on staff then your company will remain certified. To update your certification when new XProtect product versions are released you may attend any certification course offered by the Milestone Knowledge Program, provided you meet the prerequisites.
